安装与使用说明

• 运动方向为全方向

  Movement is allowed in all directions.

• 可根据需求进行切割、钻孔等二次加工后使用

  The plate can be used after additional machining such as cutting or drilling as needed.

• 若需要加厚，可在背面焊接 SS400 钢材（请参考 P.25）

  If increased thickness is required, SS400 steel can be welded to the back metal (refer to P.25).

• 仅可对非摩擦面进行加工（摩擦面已预涂润滑脂，请勿加工）

  Machining is only permitted on non-friction surfaces (the friction surface is pre-coated with lubricant and must not be machined).

• 加工时注意保护烧结层，外周及角部需做倒角处理，避免应力集中

  Protect the sintered layer during machining; chamfer the outer edges and corners to prevent stress concentration.

• 加工后需按含油处理方法（P.26）重新浸油，再投入使用

  After machining, re-oil the plate according to the oil impregnation process (P.26) before use.

• 安装螺栓请参考 P.26 的规格选型

  Select mounting bolts according to the specifications on P.26.

切削加工注意事项

• 对背面钢材进行切割、钻孔、开槽时，请遵循常规钢材的加工条件。

• 摩擦面虽可进行轻量化固定，但与钢材的附着力较低，建议采用专用固定方式。

• 下表为推荐加工条件示例：
